When Update Privilege is selected the system automatically extends the privilege and assigns a membership fee if applicable, according to customer profile. The customer may be BLOCKED.
see pay bills iNovah to pay outstanding charges or pay/waive privilege.
Select Enter Override & Checkout to User if customer is not paying that day.
Select Modify User and confirm address in address folder.
NOTE: Advise customer that the privilege has been extended according to customer profile and a fee may have been added to the account and must be paid on next visit.
Website use will be affected until account is under $10 threshold.
CAUTION: If the expired card is for a juvenile who turns 18 you must change the profiled to EPL-ADULT and issue a new card (see Renew Privilege section).
If a juvenile card has expired confirm address and renew the card. Card will automatically renew according to the juvenile profile.
Parent does not need to be present to renew expired Juvenile card.
