L-pass memberships

U of A, MacEwan and Concordia students and staff may register their student cards online for a free L-pass that allows all the library privileges of an adult membership. The barcode on the student ID card becomes the barcode for the EPL account.

Registration for the L-Pass is only available through each library's L-Pass registration website (listed below).

Students must register online. Do not register ONEcards in Workflows or use the L-Pass profiles (listed below) for other memberships with the exception of the ME card. Students who do not want to use their student cards for EPL membership may register for EPL cards and all membership rules apply.

While L-Passes cannot be created by staff in Workflows, once they exist, they can be modified as usual by staff (i.e. for address updates, PIN changes, or any other customer maintenance).

If an L-Pass user loses their ID and gets a new number, simply use the lost card wizard to replace the card number.
