Online Juvenile Membership

The EPL-JONLIN profile allows access to online resources, and the internet. It is essential to obtain guarantor information for these cards to acknowledge that the child is allowed access to the internet and online resources. You need to obtain confirmation from the guarantor before changing this profile to a JUV profile with borrowing privileges.

Children accompanied by a parent/guardian are issued a library card. Proof of the parent/guardian’s current address is essential for Children’s memberships. See the Acceptable Identification for Membership form for proof of address information.

A juvenile living in a Group Home must have the signature of a guarantor for Library membership. This may include a social worker, youth worker or Director of the home.

NOTE: Children are eligible to receive two cards when their parents reside at separate addresses. Each parent must register the child and sign a separate card.
