EPL provides computer time for all our customers and visitors. Each person starts with one hour of computer time daily. Staff are able to extend the customer’s computer time when requested. The decision to extend computer time is based on how much time the customer indicates he or she needs and the availability of the computers. Staff are encouragedto extend time whenever possible.
A quick check in Library Online can display how many couputers are available or coming available.
Check for available computers
Select Patrons then select Extend Patron Time Limit for Today.
Enter the customers’ library card number. Select Search.
NOTE: You can also search by first name and/or last name
Select Extend Patron Time Limit for Today.
Select Create New
Enter the number of minutes in "Extend Patron’s Time by…"
Click the box next to workstation type to include all internet stations, or you can select one workstation type.
Save changes.
