When registering a customer who is resident at a shelter or safe house for example WIN House, do not insist on a street address for the facility or identify the name of shelter/safe house in the ADDRESS 1 fields.
Enter the P.O. Box address in ADDRESS 1 and put the name of the shelter/safe house in ADDRESS 2. The customer may have the name of a contact (for example)on an agency referral letter; this person's name can be entered in the C/O field in ADDRESS 2.
These organizations do not provide street addresses for reasons of client safety and confidentiality, and it is essential for us to respect both the security and the dignity of our customers when we register them.
